Today, the Constitution wins!!!

Casey Anthony has been on trial for 1st Degree Murder in an Orlando Court Room. After a fierce court battle between attorneys, evidence presented, and medical experts, the jury found her Not Guilty. As an attorney, it brings great pleasure to know that, juries, still get it right. And that innocent people can still be judged by a jury of their peers.

One thing that I need to point out was the fact that, the case has been mishandled by the media which for some reason, where creating this appearance of "guilt" even before the pronouncement of the verdict. Shame on those who did it!

Today, I am proud to be an attorney that stands for the rights of those who have been wrongfully accused. Jose Baez, an attorney in Florida, and his legal team of criminal defense attorneys did a superb job in fighting for the rights of the less fortunate and the accused.
