Would the new law apply to a divorce in Texas?

Many of our clients come to us because he help them get the best results on their cases, including divorces. We have protected the less fortunate in Texas, and now we will do it even during these difficult times! We have created a website for those that cannot afford legal representation on their divorces; but there is much more to do.

The new law that came into effect on September 1, 2011, will prevent many Texans from filing lawsuits, the question remains on whether it would prevent divorces from being filed; since many issues during divorce are only phantom issues.

We will keep our clients informed as well as the public at large on new case law or changes to the new law that will adversely affect the rights of Texans. Keep posted...

On the other hand, we are raising money for a great cause, and all those who are interested can donate here: https://fgb6.rapidgiving.com/frp/fundraise.aspx?pk=V8SVX34
